Bio

Lily is an average-looking woman of about twenty, pale-skinned and freckled, with red hair and remarkable green eyes. She usually dresses in long robes and carries a wand with her at all times. She's perhaps a little more wary of strangers than you might expect, but that's all that's exceptional about her ... at first glance.

She steps out of canon prior to marrying James or having Harry, and directly from the darkest years of the first Voldemort war. This version of Lily has been working at St Mungo's and in the field as a Healer since leaving Hogwarts.

There's more information about Apharsites!Lily [here]; this isn't applicable to Milliways!Lily. The two are separate characters, walking different trouserlegs, and know nothing of the other's life.
